Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Voulted, we’re committed to handling your order with care and delivering it on time. Here’s what you need to know:


🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International:
Orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, high demand, or other global events. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your order?
You have 24 hours after purchase to request changes.

Email us at support@Voulted.com using one of the following subject lines:

  • "CANCEL MY ORDER"

  • "ADDRESS UPDATE"

After 24 hours — or once your order has shipped — changes can no longer be made.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.


💥 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Email us at support@Voulted.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.
